This Anger Bundle is part of the larger My Feelings Workbook. This is a 14-page document with 10 pages focused on emotional regulation learning related to awareness, identification, and selecting a coping response on the subject of anger.
These activities and worksheets specifically focus on supporting children through their feelings of anger and when big feelings come up that may feel out of control.
My particular favorite is the “Ask the Feeling” activity when we learn what anger may be telling us!
